Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
For eligible refunds, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after a quality check, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective/wrong products delivered. For exchanges, customers must cover return shipping costs unless the error is from our side.
To initiate a return, email us with your order details and reason for return. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is damaged due to misuse.
